Akif Consulting Firm – Terms and Conditions
By booking with Akif Consulting Firm, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Payment

Any changes requested after booking (e.g., date, itinerary, name corrections) may incur additional charges. Changes are subject to availability and the policies of third-party service providers.
5. Changes or Cancellations by Akif Consulting Firm
In rare cases, Akif Consulting Firm may modify or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, government regulations). Alternative arrangements will be offered, or a refund will be issued where applicable.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other travel-related risks. Akif Consulting Firm is not responsible for any losses due to lack of travel insurance.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Akif Consulting Firm acts only as an agent for the hotels, airlines, transport companies, and other service providers. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by any third party. Any disputes must be resolved directly with the service provider unless Akif Consulting Firm is directly at fault.
8. Behavior and Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other travelers, and local customs/laws. Akif Consulting Firm reserves the right to remove any traveler from the tour for inappropriate behavior without refund.
9. Force Majeure
Akif Consulting Firm is not liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions).
10. Governing Law
